As Director of Admin and Academic at VIDYASRI, Mr. Shukla drives innovation and excellence in education. Anuradha Aher, daughter of esteemed social worker and politician Mahendra Aher Patil, is a dedicated advocate for education. With a degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS, Mumbai, she combines her expertise with a strong commitment to social causes.
Anuradha is passionate about empowering women and alleviating poverty through education. She focuses on providing full scholarships to underprivileged students, offering them the chance to transform their lives. Her mission is not only to offer these students access to education but also to equip them with the tools to transform their lives and secure a brighter future. Her efforts honour her father’s legacy, making a significant impact on creating a more inclusive society.

Dr. Muniswamyreddy Shankar Reddy is a distinguished Academic leader with extensive experience in education, research, extension education and administration. He has served as Registrar(Evaluation) at Bangalore University, Registrar(Administration) at Bengaluru North University and Special Officer in the cadre of Vice Chancellor at Maharani Cluster University, and Professor and Chairman of the Department of Zoology and Centre for Applied Genetics at Bangalore University, Jnana Bharathi, Bengaluru. Dr. Reddy has also led key initiatives, including the four-year BS program as its coordinator and as Assistant Director, Project Officer of the Beekeeping Division of Department of Industries and Commerce, for the Government of Karnataka.
With over 220 research papers published and 138 papers presented, Dr. Reddy has been a keynote speaker and session chair at 56 international conferences, spanning 26 countries. He has contributed to National and International projects, including FAO and UNDP initiatives, and advised organizations like, State Government in formation of Universities, curriculum development, KVIC, UGC, the National Bee Board, and the Bureau of Indian Standards.
An expert in Academic Development, Apiculture, and Environmental Science, Dr. Reddy is a respected voice in higher education and has delivered talks on prominent platforms such as All India Radio and television.

Mr. Arokia Dass has over 30 years of dedicated social service and 25 years of political experience, making him a respected leader in his community. As the founder of Grace Charitable Trust in K.R. Puram, Bengaluru, he has organized numerous social welfare initiatives, including blood donation drives, eye camps, free food programs, mid-day meal distributions and rural sanitation projects.
An active member of the Congress Party and YMCA Bengaluru, Mr. Dass has consistently worked to address community issues and support electoral events. Known for his expertise in arbitration, Nishant has numerous reported arbitration judgments to his name and is recognized as one of India’s leading arbitration lawyers under 45.
